ruthless Robbie thought to come to mind when I think of Robin Lola he said Warrior absolute Savage legendary you know he’s an absolute Warrior ruthless Savage just a legend of the sport a BMF he’s just a man he’s just to like go through it coming so young working his way back into the UFC and work his way towards the title was like incredibly inspiring it’s funny when I was a welterweight he I remember watching him fighting just thinking like I don’t want to cross paths with him it’s because he’s so intimidating I’m sure he’d bite you if he could I would always remember like waiting for the last couple of minutes you know probably a lot of fights always insane oh my God yeah [Applause] whatever nonsense with nothing left look at these guys yeah he’s a legend you know he’s just fight with Rory McDonald I mean there’s a fight with um Brewery McDonald that fight with him in in Rory McDonnell he’s fight with Rory McDonald probably the best fight in the history of this board my favorite Robbie Lawler moment is uh between fourth and fifth round and face to face with the with the lead while the blood was just everywhere McDonald looked like a zombie spit blood all over the canvas just an absolute Savage moment wow how good is this oh what his legacy is just been a world champion one of the most ruthless fighters ever there is nothing held back from him Robbie went out to fight these containers as if they had the title and that’s what made him so incredibly great a true fighter to me I just look up to him a lot in that aspect Robbie is a pioneer of the sport Robbie is OG and he’s a kind guy um I’m just a guy who went out there and gave it his all plain and simple just went out there tried to take somebody’s head off try to knock somebody out and No Nonsense did it with respect went in there with respect left with respect treated my opponents with respect and that’s what martial arts is about to me is just like going out there giving it your all things might not go your way might have some ups and downs but you just people just like guys who battle and who want to go out there and fight and that’s what I’ve tried to do my whole career and it’s been fun
