ladies and gentlemen the incomes officially three minutes four seconds of round number one your winner by TKO Alex Bruce Leroy Roy cut Sarah [Applause] I’m here with the winner Alex caceres first of all congratulations on an absolutely stunning head kick KO how are you feeling after that back in the win column here in the UFC I mean you’ve had so much experience but that was a beautiful knockout my friend I feel good I feel good um I feel the same way as I’m coming in I want to feel this way even if I lose it’s all a journey you know we’re all one we’re all free we’re all human there’s no separation and I just realized that just now every day okay listen I love your mindset I love your approach you’re like you’re so no I’m serious you’re so Zen in there do you feel like that’s a major weapon for you how playful and how calm you are when you’re inside of the Octagon oh I’m scared I’m not calm but um I just heard a quote before and it and it really hits home is we always just have to have honor and hope for courage courage won’t always be there but if we’re honorable at least we’ll do the right thing that’s awesome man and Alex I want you to look up at the big screen because the way you set this up you threw a big left hand and it your kick is so delayed and we’ve seen this but your ability to keep that balance is this something that you’ve practiced that you use in training look at how off balance you are but beautiful on you well you know um definitely we train a lot um I attribute a lot of my balance to my old coach um Manuel Lopez he had me doing like drills like we have to stand on one leg and just make circles around little rings and stuff and then come forward and do the same thing so like just being on one leg it’s a little easy for me yeah yeah well listen that was an impressive and a beautiful knockout and congratulations on yet another Victory inside of the Octagon Alex caceres ladies and gentlemen
