foreign what’s up guys welcome to Nashville Tennessee let’s check out the Chandler pad where I raise my boys and live my life this is uh kind of our entrance our foyer we hung up some cool uh some cool art and uh if you guys know the Chandlers at all uh we get bored pretty quick so it’s pretty uh pre had that art put there this is snorkel French Bulldog we just got actually a couple months ago so let’s check out the upstairs real quick got a couple bedrooms up here and this is where our boys kind of hang out a lot so this just haps uh absolute city right here he’s got all of his cars parked he knows right where they all go don’t knock them any of them over he calls this his highway so This Is A Highway got them all lined up and this is the airport he’s literally got them all lined up airplanes baggage carts food carts little upstairs deck up here every now and then we’re able to come out here and hang out a little bit I got my sauna out here so this is where we do a little bit of hanging out bathroom downstairs kind of some cool wallpaper that Bree chose kitchen a dining room table living room where we hang out with the family spend a lot of time together anybody who’s got kids you’re trying to figure out hey how much do you let the kids have uh Toys downstairs how much do you not let the kids have toys downstairs so perhaps got a little bit of a kind of a magnetile area over there to spend some time hanging out and uh playing with his toys master bedrooms over here bookshelf family photos got our windows to the outside so we can kind of raise those curtains in the morning start letting some sun sunlight in and then master bath try to make it as bright as possible windows and stuff kind of a big shower two shower heads tubs here salt bath here get the kids bathed there if you need to now let’s go check out my favorite part of the house which is the backyard which we just finished this was one of our favorite things about the house nice big back deck that we can hang out Grill on put a TV up watch the game um and it’s a nice flat backyard where I can spend a lot of time throwing the ball around we got soccer balls volleyballs we got basketballs we got footballs we got it all the games to play uh with hap and the boys in the backyard snorkel’s cage it’s got a trampoline for uh for Christmas um these are all uplit trees that was Bree’s cool touch and then we installed a pool um probably about five months ago got done fire pit so you can kind of do hot tub pool fire pit just the ultimate kind of chill area because me and Brie work pretty darn hard so when we do work hard we want to go all in but whenever we want to hang out and not do much we want to go in all all in as well I also build myself an office slash studio in here so we kind of added a bunch of sound panels I’ve got you know my lights all of our electronic equipment you can film some film some audio film some video kind of create a bunch of content to add value to people and uh this is kind of my place too where I can just I can come back to any interviews I need to do come back and do any conference calls um because it sounds really good and also we’ve got you know our beverage fridges and ice machine and all that kind of stuff because it does double as a pool house so if we ever have some people over or throw a party or whatnot we kind of kind of move all of my electronic equipment out of the way go check out the gym obviously have a bathroom back here for the pool it’s a floor-to-ceiling tile obviously so you can go in there and get everything all wet and then my own personal suffering sanctuary all decked out um all decked out with Arsenal strength so I’ve got all my dumbbells over there full rack system where I can do bench press squats Jammers pull-ups um extremely versatile lifting machine all of my cable machine over here box jumps and of course some cardio machines Bree’s got her Peloton I’ve got my watt bike which is my bike that I love I got the Nordic Track treadmill and um a lot of space in between too so when I move this treadmill over there and I have these equipment cardio equipment here you guys know I like to do my Dynamic move a lot workouts um so I got a nice little space here in the middle um full sound systems some skylights and and a fan whenever it gets hot out here in the summer all right thank you guys so much for spending some time here at the Chandler house where me and my family spend a bunch of time together but now it’s time to go spend some time in the gym get out of my house it’s time to go work out see you at the top thank you
