physically and strength that it will give you the strength of mind and physical strength as well the strengthening of the tendons and all the rest of it wrestling is just an excruciatingly difficult sport to compete and have success in and anyone that can do well in that sport can pretty much do whatever they want in life I’m telling you right now so this is a very very intriguing match up to me
