You said Freddy earlier and all I can think of one two Freddy's coming for you.

Oh, I still better lock your door. Freddy was scary, man.

He was scary. I still hear that. I can still hear that.

What's happening, guys? Welcome to another episode of Good Guy Bad Guy. I'm Chale. He's Daniel. And you're in luck

cuz we got a lot to cover today. DC, where should we begin? Uh, I was at in Atlanta, Georgia for the

Elite 8 duels. And as a coach, I was so disappointed. Jill, two matches to go.

You just cannot get pinned, guys. Both of you. And guess what happened, Joe? They got pinned. They both got pinned. I was lucky enough

in my career for that to never happen to me. Did it ever happen to you where like, Jill, you win the match if you

just don't give up bonus points? I never paid attention. In all fairness, I never really kept track of team score. But

yeah, as I got older, I look back. We go into the 97 pound match I'm wrestling Arizona State. It was Danny Fakir and

we're ahead by five. I can do anything I want except get pinned. Jam

and I walked off the M and I remember how disappointed Coach Finley looked, but I didn't really get it. Like at 18

years old, I didn't get it. at 30 years old and 40 and yeah, I let him down.

Coach probably was like, you probably thought, "Oh, coach is mad because one of his guys got pinned." No, coach is mad because like, yo, we just had

Arizona State on the ropes. It's like taking your opponent, dropping them, almost finishing him. You know what it

is? It's literally Czech Congo and Pat Barry. Pat Barry is like just killing him and

he gets flatlined like that. That's what happens when that happen. But yeah, that happened. Defeat in the jaws of victory. By the

way, that duel that you went to, did Askin did as Was he represented? One kid. Askin doesn't do Askin doesn't

do the uh all-star matches, but because it's me and we're friends, he sent me one of his kids cuz I needed a guy at a

weight. And guess what? His kid went eight and0. His name is Kellen Walbert. He's the best. I know Kellen.

He is the chill. He's the best, man. He killed it. Which was awesome. But chill,

before we uh keep going on wrestling too much, we got some news on the White House. Isn't it amazing that we're uh

we're talking about the White House card, the initial announcement for sure? There should have been excitement, but

the fact that we're like talking about it as much when it's still 9 months away

is crazy. But now we know, we saw some of the first renderings of what it's

going to look like and we know at least one of the marquee matchups is going to

be Conor McGregor versus Michael Chandler. Or do we know that one of the marquee matchups will be Conor McGregor

versus Michael Chandler? Hey, I as this and then I do this ch I do this chill or

do we know? And I'm just like, all right, I'm out. Chill have the floor.

Daniel, let me just run through a very brief timeline, okay, with no notes. Five weeks ago, we find out there's

going to be a card at the White House. Now, Dana White is not consulted. Dana White finds this out. So, the story goes

when President Trump makes the announcement to the world. Okay, great. That card, this is a five weeks ago.

It's going to be held on July 4th. Now, it will not be on July 4th. It will be at the end of June. Fine, close enough.

It's going to be main evented by Jon Jones versus Tom Aspenol for the heavyweight championship of which Tom is

already scheduled and we don't even know if he'll be the champion. And in the last 5 weeks, not only will that not be the main event, it is guaranteed John

will not be on the card. Insert Conor McGregor who is going to fight at a venue which will have absolutely no

people. So, the story goes 5 weeks ago, four weeks ago, it's going to have 5,000 people. And at present time, we're going

to have 85,000 people in the arena that does not exist to a promoter, my favorite promoter, Dana White, who is

not currently licensed to put on a show in the District of Columbia. I mean, not for nothing, Daniel, we are so far ahead

of ourselves. And I got to tell you as a fan, if we come out and we're saying what a great and huge show this is, but

we openly tell the world it will not have a title fight. If you tell me that McGregor is going, you're either telling

me that McGregor is going to be demoted to a co-main event or you're telling me openly we're not taking a belt over

there. None of it quite adds up. I'll play along, but DC, that's in the last five weeks. I

didn't make any of that up. That is all the information we've been given. It has been like a hot potato trying to get an

answer on this thing. In five weeks, all of that has happened. We went from 5,000 no people to a little

bit of people, 20 now 80. It's crazy. Chill. Um, okay. Here's what I got for

you. If Conor McGregor is to fight, which is a big if because we've done this, right?

We've done this song and dance time and time again. We have circled the wagon chill. You have been the kid at the

party in sixth grade that's standing on the wall and all you want to do is ask that girl to dance, but you just don't

have the courage to do it. We have asked Conor McGregor. We have waited for him

to answer. He has told us time and time again he will be there and he hasn't shown up. I believe that this time

there's a stronger possibility because of all the time that's passed and I believe that the White House is going to

be that big a deal to him. But I think the biggest factor in why Conor McGregor may fight is because no one believes him

anymore. And some of that shine is starting to wear off. It doesn't matter

how much money you got, chill. When you're a guy that develops the level of stardom that he reached, when you're a

guy that loves the attention and the agilation and it starts to fade, then

you come back and you do what you did before. Because guess what, Chill? It doesn't have to be a big win. It just

has to be a win or a fight that propels him into the spotlight because when he

came back and fought Cowboy Cerrone, all respect to Donald. Donald was scared

of him and he did not fight him. He got beat by Conor McGregor so easy, but that was a great matchup for McGregor. I

believe the Chandler matchup is a great matchup because Michael won't wrestle him and he's dangerous when he's

striking. So, yes, I think he's coming back, but it's not because he wants to compete. I think he's coming back

because he understands now that people aren't just in on the Conor McGregor business anymore. You and I spoke about

this show before. Put Conor in a thumbnail, 100,000 views. Didn't matter.

Now, it doesn't matter. Put Conor in a thumbnail. Don't put Conor in a thumbnail. People just like, "Ah, we're

kind of over it." But the moment he's back in the spotlight, really getting ready to fight or he fights, he'll be

right back where he needs to be. Then he can be as crazy as he wants to be because that's when he gets as

ridiculous as he ever is whenever he has more spotlight than he normally does.

That's why Conor McGregor is going to fight. I do not disagree. Conor McGregor is the sport's biggest star. He's also the

biggest star that currently does not have a license. Now, I realize that's a paperwork issue and we can go and set that, but he's also going to fight at a

weight class to yet to be determined. It's going to be at a weight class for a contendership that does not exist. I don't know where he's going to fight,

but I know where he's not going to fight, and it's at 155 lbs. So, we're going to take two lightweights. We're going to put him at a different weight

class. By the way, we've had three guys come off of a compound fracture like Conor McGregor had. Cory Hill, Anderson

Silva, and Chris Weidman. All three got something in common. It's not just that injury. None of them won their first

fight back. Oh, by the way, they got something else in common. They didn't win their second fight back. Now we're going to bring Conor McGregor in from a

compound fracture and we're going to put him in a five round situation. Daniel, it's a lot for me to believe. Is he got

the courage to make that walk? Yes, he does. Does he have the skills to get out of the first round with anybody on the

roster? No. No, he does not. He uh I believe he would be in a co-main

event. I don't know that they could ask. That's too big a ask. That's too big a ask to ask.

Now you're making sense. That would be too big of an ask to ask him to go fight main event because I think in the main

event you have to have somebody fighting for a title and it needs to be an American guy. It needs to be an American

guy fighting for a championship to end the night. Ch. We go to the movie

theater and we want to leave feeling good. We want the good guy to win. That's why they always vanquish Freddy

Krueger. Freddy was Freddy Krueger or Jason Vorhees were the most unstoppable

forces for an hour and 37 minutes and then right at the end jail right at the

end we would figure something out to get him. We would send Freddy back to to Elm Street in his dreams. We would get rid

of Jason. You want to feel good when you leave at the White House. You want to feel

good when you leave or at least have a chance to do that because ch we're gonna ask people to buy into this red, white,

and blue. We're celebrating our great country. We got to have a hero. We have a We got to have a hero that walks out

there at the end of the night that has a chance to become a world champion. That's just the way it is. So, we're

going to see by the time next year which American male will have an opportunity

to fight for a UFC championship. I don't know what weight it'll be, but preferably it'll be a heavier weight guy

that has a chance to fight for the belt because Daniel, I believe that Dan, I got to tell you, see, now you're

starting to make a lot of sense putting Conor at co-main event. Not to mention, there has been a oddly nice tone about

Connor as of late. Now, one week ago, Connor pulled out of a presidential election of which he was never part of.

I mean, I got to tell you, that was one of my favorite spoofs is when he resigned from a campaign that, by the

way, did not exist. But I got to tell you, why would we be been so nice to Connor? And I think that you're right

because we're going to make an ask of Connor. And what is that ask? That he stepped down to a co-main event. Yep. You're going to ask him to do

something he doesn't normally do or he hasn't done for a really long time.

And that's why it's so friendly because there was a time that I heard Connor would not be on a card with a champion

because he was making so much money in sales that it would help the guy. Now that could be like some sort of wives

tail, but I've heard that before. So Dana goes, I'm going to build the greatest card ever. Does that mean that

Jon Jones is on that card? Chill. I pleaded with Dana White over the weekend

to let Jones on. I've told you here that if we need an American guy to get a

victory, you got to put Jones on. But Dana has seemed bullish to not trust him

in that spot. But if you're putting together the greatest card of all time,

isn't he included? No. No. Not automatically he is not. Now, I'm going to tell you what is

better than Jon Jones versus Tom Aspenol is Jon Jones versus Toss Maspanol part

two. And so if they want on that card, all they got a whole year. All they got to do is find their way to an octagon

somewhere in the next 12 months. Whoever gets their hand raised, I think that it sets up for a very nice rematch. But

I'll tell you, you and I are getting way ahead of ourselves. We like Tom and we believe in Tom, but he's got a real problem with Surreal in front of him.

But no, Jones versus Tom doesn't make any sense to book right now. We don't even know if Tom's going to have the

belt. J, what about the fact that you just hit on the perfect thing? If Tom Aspenol can

get through Sir Gone in October, he fights Jones in like February. They

can fight again in June for the third. Jon Jones, Tom Aspenol, two makes all

the sense in the world. Yes. You know, we're having a real conversation. Not to mention Don saying, Yeah. And I don't mean to cut you off,

but if Damon is saying, "Look, I got to see some kind of earnest from you. I got to know that I can somehow trust." Vince McMahon had to do this with the Ultimate

Warrior when Jack Tunny was the commissioner back in 1989 because the Warrior wasn't making the walk at house shows. They made the Ultimate Warrior

put up a $50,000 bond in escrow so that if he ever no showed a house show, the

fans could get their money back. Now, how much of that was reality and how much of that was part of the story? I'm just sharing with you. If Dana needs to

see something from John, he's got almost a year to do it. Make that walk against Tom. Fall down or knock him down. It

doesn't make a damn bit of difference. Both of you get up and we'll walk you out at the White House. But we got to know that you're serious about this. Hey, that's that's the one, Chill.

That's the play. That is literally the play. Yep. That's the play. fight because one

of the biggest issues we've had, right, is that it seemed like Jones didn't want to fight Aspenol. Aspenol wins this

fight. Hey, fight him in the beginning of the year and fight him in the summer. That that for the first time we would

have a rematch clause, which they're doing away with in boxing, but we'd have a rematch close clause for

Jones or Aspenol. That makes all the sense in the world. Who headlines? It

has to be Jones. All right. If Jones is on the card fighting for the heavyweight title, it has to headline even though

McGregor would be the biggest star, right? Yes. No, there is there is something that is getting ready to be asked of

McGregor. The tone is simply too friendly right now. Everybody on the roster, 740 746 athletes on the roster,

all want on that card. And you're going to go to the one guy that hasn't done anything in five years. You're not going

to go to him for him. you're going to go to them for you and that means there is going to be an ask and if it's a non-title match it's a non-contenders at

a weight class yet to be determined against a fellow 55 pounder Daniel it's not going in the top spot the big ask

getting ready to reveal to Conor McGregor is he is no longer the main event why did they why did the other day

somebody said Conor McGregor is like 145 pounds did you see that did you see Dana

telling those guys Conor's like 145 yeah but I think that he misspoke you're talking about the interview with Logan Paul he was trying to he was trying

prove a point and he was actually trying to talk about Jake's fighting Tank Davis and Dana had a real point there and

yeah, maybe he had misspoke and took a couple pounds off Connor. I was like there's no way Connor's that small. Conor was like hulky Connor last

time we saw him. But again, he's kind of uh this 217 over here DC.

Oh, you've lost some real weight then, huh? 217. Look at the size of What did you lose, Chill? Like 25 lbs.

20 lbs. Yeah, I lost about 20 lbs. My boy. My boy getting it in right now.

Look at that. What you about to do? Thanks, buddy. What you about to do? About to make a comeback. I got called out by Tito Ortiz. Apparently, I got to

go do a freestyle wrestling match. No, Tito Ortiz. When are we going to be done with this? Didn't you pin him last

three times? All right. You know what? It's a little silly. Didn't you pin him last time? Didn't you pin him?

I'm not wrestling Tito. I saw it. I was I was looking for a cheap plug. Chill. Chill. At the next RAF event,

Tito gets the match if he agrees to a squash. That's it. I either tech you or

I pin you. It has to be a work. We're not going out there and wrestle 100%. You agree to the work. I'll wrestle you.

We go out. We drop into part. You get three shots on top. I get one shot. Winner takes all.

That's all I want. Hey, you'll you'll turn him too. You will turn. I'll turn him all day. All I can think about is you said Freddy

earlier and all I can think of one, two, Freddy's coming for you. Oh, four. Better lock your door. Freddy

was scary, man. He was scary. I still hear that. I can still hear that. Hey, movies movies back

when we were growing up. Like they meant so much that Chale I went surfing once

with Chale with uh with with with Luke and I immediately got out and I was like kind of paddling out. All I could hear

is I thought was Jaws the whole time. I was

just like thinking, "Oh my god, I'm going to die." Because Jaws is in his ocean somewhere. Movies used to have

such a strong impact on us. Freddy was scary. Freddy was scary. Are you talking about Rockult, by the

way? Yeah, Rock. In spite of all of his talents, he also knows how to surf, dude. He's an amazing surfer.

That doesn't surprise me actually. He's an amazing surfer, bro. He's a great basketball player. Amazing surfer.

Obviously, he's good. Is he really? He can play basketball, too. A good basketball player. Chill. He's Yeah. He's got like this star on his head.

He's got this great thing, Chill. You know what else though? He's really good at falling, too. He's like really good at falling.

I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. Luke, I'm sorry. I love you. I'm sorry.

I love you. I had to do that, Luke. I had to do it. I had to do it. Okay. What about three uh three fighters that

should be on the White House card? You know, three others that should be on the White House card. All right. Well, I'm matchmaking for a

card that has a date that keeps on dropping at a venue that does not exist for a promoter who is not currently

licensed. Fine. Let's play along. Um, yeah. I mean, if you're going to bring in your big stars, I do believe that

Patty Pimlet is right up there with your biggest stars. I think that Ilia Tapori is somebody that would qualify. I think the chance of getting Ilia and Islam

together is extremely small unless you had something special like this. If I was to remind you about UFC 300 when

they were looking for a main event, that was the first time they ever talked to Islam about going up to 170 and having a

shot. At that time, it was uh with Leon Edwards. But for special cards, sometimes there's special rules. I think

that uh Shawn Ali is still one of the biggest stars in the sport. I think that Pierre has a massive opportunity. He's

got to come out and surprise us against Uncle Lia. But in all fairness, I would love to see Pierre at heavyweight. I

think that we can really do some interesting things with matchmaking. And the good news is we got 10 months to do

it. We're not selling any tickets. The venue doesn't currently even exist. I got three for you, Chill. Justin Gate,

Shaun Ali, and Kayla Harrison. Those three we have to have we have to have a

strong American presence. And I would I would say that those are three of the biggest American stars in MMA today.

Gachi Harrison and uh Shaun Ali. Wow. You got Harrison as one of the top

stars. That's a very big compliment because she's well she's the only American champion, right? She's literally our only American champion

right now. I know she has a tough one with Amanda, but if she's still the American champ, I

think Kayla and Olympic gold medalist, like you can build a story around the Kayla Harrison for a fight that's

representing the country, right? Like you can build a great story around Kayla Harrison. Charles Olivivera was rushing

back to fight Raphael Faz and I was like so concerned because everybody loves Bronx, but then Fazv is out. Olivivero's

openly saying all these guys that chase clout and talk about fighting are saying

no to him. Who would you like to see uh Olivivera fight? For me, I think it's

money. Money Mo said he would be willing to do it. Ch. He said I'll be ready to do it right now. We saw him step up to

fight Islam. I think that he deserves another opportunity against a big name. And I think that opportunity to fight in

Rio di Janeiro, he's Brazilian against Charles Olivera. I think that's a a a

home run in every sense of the word. I see it the same way. I I also believe that Money Moyano should be considered

for that fight. Don't forget Charles is coming off of a loss. I mean, we all love Charles, but there is a time when, you know, you kind of pass it to that

next generation. Listen, the story of Charles Olivera does not exist. Charles the champion, Charles the star, Charles

being talked about right now. It does not exist without the opportunity Tony Ferguson gave him.

Yep. Yep. And and I do believe that Olive is the kind of guy that if he is asked, he will at least offer an

opportunity. He'll hang that torch out there. He's clinging to it, but he'll he'll give a younger guy that

opportunity. And I think that Moonno is the right one. I think Moonno is the right fight because it's two Brazilian guys fighting

in the main event in Rio di Janeiro. And it kind of works. You think that it would be a fun fight and

Olivivera would be a favorite in the fight to beat Moano. And again, chill.

I'm all about I'm all about having the potential to see things in

the right way or at least in in the way that these fans want to uh see it.

Moonnell will go into that fight as a Brazilian, as an underdog, but also not as the guy that people are cheering for.

they will cheer for Charles Ola. And when they're cheering for Charles Olivivera, whether he wins uh or loses,

Moonnell wins because he's going to go in there as an underdog. Like I said, he'll go in there with an opportunity to

upset the apple cart. And if he wins, he beats a former champion. But if he loses, everybody leaves feeling good

about Charles Olivera still getting the job done and still being viable. I think it works. I think Olivivera might even

live in either Sa Paulo or Rio di Janeiro. So, it's like a massive opportunity for him to do something

really big inside of a inside of a home um uh in the Brazil. Daniel, can I tell

you a quick story? I'm I'm backtracking a little bit. I'm still stuck on this White House card, but you know Reed Harris, of course,

I do. So, Reed was my promoter. I was with the WC and the WC was being absorbed by the

UFC. Reed was was was planning and at that point he was competing with Dana and now all of a sudden he's working

with Dana and Reed pulls me aside at WC event and he says you want to know what the UFC does so well and he says Dana

White will only put on fights of significance and that was an interesting word. I hear about finishes and

knockouts and excitement. I've never heard anybody use this word. He tells me he only puts on fights of significance. He said, "Every single fight that Dana

White ever books leads or has the potential to lead to something else."

And that's where I keep getting stuck when we keep going back to McGregor. We talk about McGregor versus Chandler. And

as much fun as that might be for one night, if we're looking to sell tickets, Daniel versus Chale moves a lot more

tickets. The good guy versus the bad guy is going to do a lot better business than McGregor versus Chandler. This is

not a veil attempt to challenge you. I'm trying to prove a point. I'm stuck on that. I cannot reconcile this idea in

these current headlines that McGregor is going to ride in and save the day in a co-main event at a weight class that

we've yet to determine. Yeah. Well, yeah. Again, there's really nothing. What's he going to do? Like, is

it going to lead to him chasing a championship? Because how far away is he

from a title fight at 55 or 70? One thing that Connor has that no one else does though is that star quality and if

he can get a big victory, people could buy into him getting a title shot right away. His road to the

belt is much shorter, chill, as we have seen with many other guys um in the UFC.

You know who had a long road to trying to get to a title? It was Fluffy Hernandez. And if he was to beat RDR, he

would have had an opportunity to be right on the short list. But now he's out. Chill. Last week we found out he was out of the fight. And Brendan Allen

replaces him against Rineer Derritter. Does a does a Rainineer Ditter win over

BA who's good, who's had a lot of success in this division. Does that

still resonate as strongly as it would have if he had beaten a fluffy

Hernandez? It's it's a very tough call. And let me tell you from this perspective, like the one constant here,

the the the one guy that is not the skunk at the garden party happens to be RDR. He said he was going to fight on a

certain date under a certain rule set in a certain venue at a certain weight class and he's still going through with

that. So I I realize that Brennan Allen's getting a lot of credit and I think that he should, but but the one guy that really got the swerveball

thrown at him was RDR. Not to mention RDR versus Hernandez was at least in the conversation for a number one contender

uh ship. So it's a very tough thing in my opinion to take from RDR if he's the guy that's going to follow through with

what he said. I I feel like it's it's a very tough thing to let him know that the prize isn't quite so good. And

Imanov has not officially been announced as a number one contender. Just for example, the one thing that I don't know

from this story, and I'll admit that I don't know, but I am curious as a fan. When they were looking for replacement for RDR, was Ianov called? And that's a

very big deal in this industry. If was called and he says, "No, I don't want to risk it. I'm already the number one

contender." There is no quicker way to lose that golden ticket than saying no.

if you can actually be the world champion and you can beat everybody, then you should certainly be able to beat an RDR in a few weeks notice. So, I

don't have that piece of the story. I'm not suggesting for you that he did turn down the fight, but I am suggesting for you that's the one piece of this that's

left out. And it does make me curious because if that happened, RDR versus Allen is at least in the conversation to

be next for Chamay. What I love about Rainineer Derritter is that most would not say I'll take a Brendan Allen

because at the end of the day, Brendan Allen has everything to gain in this fight. It really is everything to gain,

nothing to lose. He just won a fight in New Orleans. It was a crazy fight. He

fought a great fight, won, got his hand raised, but he had been slumping to say

the least before that. He beats Reineer Derritter with all the

momentum that Derritter has. He's immediately propelled right back into the conversation. There's not a

guarantee because at middleweight it's so deep right now that there is no guarantee. But it's all win for Brendan

Allen with very little to lose. If he was an undefeated guy and he had never lost before, okay, maybe he had

something to lose. He have his O to lose. But if he loses to the Ritter, you're losing to one of the highest

rated guys in the world in the world. You're losing in a main event. You're losing in a essentially number one

contenders fight. So yes, Brennan Allen should take this fight. Reineer Ditter

should be congratulated for taking this fight. He went from fighting Robert Whitaker, a former champion who honestly

Joe should have propelled him into a title fight because you made a a statement long time ago. Anyone that's

ever beaten Robert Whitaker, their very next fight was for the belt. Ditter is having to do it again and he's gonna

have to do it again in a fight that doesn't really give him as much juice as the other fights that he has had. So,

hats off to Ditter for taking the fight. He didn't need to do this. But for Brennan Allen, he has an opportunity to

only win. This dude needs to be completely locked in to try to go get the job done because you could never

have asked for a better situation for a guy where things haven't gone as well for him lately.

I suppose I need a little better followup, but I don't know. You know what? I got one for you. I like that. Do

not stop this, guys. Do not take this out of the show. We need to do this.

Chill. It's not that I wasn't listening, by the way. I just didn't have anything to add. I

know. Sometimes we're older and we we like we look but we're sleeping. We're just like literally sleeping while we're

listening. Chill, I got something you can follow up on. Watch his face, guys. Watch how he lights up. Brock Lesnar

beat John Cena last weekend at Russell Palooa. Chill. He hit him with the F5

multiple times destroying Cena, getting his first victory back in a really long

time. Brock worked more last weekend than we

have seen him work in a wrestling match in a long time. I saw him not go out there and at times, if I'm being

completely honest, it was suplex, suplex, suplex, pin, suplex, suplex,

suplex, F5 pin. at least he worked a little bit more on Saturday where he was

doing different things where he was he him and Cena actually put on a match and I believe that the reason he did that

was because of the he respects John Cena and he understands that John Cena has very limited dates left in his career

and he wants to do them with Lesnar and if he's doing him with Brock, Brock owes it to him to go out there and and and

and honestly if he was to job to him do the job. But again, chill. That's not

how this works. It's not how it works. The bad guy always gets started quickly.

The bad guy always wins the early ones. What happens is your hero wins at the

end. So, if they're going to wrestle again, I would expect Cena to get it done. But I thought Brock looked great.

Like, he looked big. I think he looks strong. He's mean as crap. He's beating up on everybody. He beats the refs. He

beat up on Michael Cole the other day, bro. Why you going to beat up with Michael Cole? He picked Cole up. Cole

goes, he picked me up like I was a little boy. He goes, I'm a heavy man. Brock is like carrying him in the ring.

He looks massive in there. And the one thing that Brock Lesnar always brought to that product is a realness because he

was the UFC heavyweight champion. And I think that when people see him, they think this guy really could beat me up.

And I think that's what's special of Brock Lesnar. What what what would be your finishing move if you were a WWE

superstar? All right. So, I love the way you just described Lesnar because I also buy it. I buy him as a badass, but I also buy

him as a guy for the first time in his career that's having fun. And I got to tell you, I like that as a fan. I like

that Brock is finally getting to kind of see the fruits of his labor. Speaking of Brock, if you can get McGregor to make

the walk on the White House lawn for no damn reason, you can get Brock to make the walk, too. At any rate, I'll stand down on that. Now, there's a video. It

has turned into a book and it's called I am from Hollywood. And to speed the story up for you, there was a territory

ran out of Memphis, Tennessee, owned by Jerry Lawler. Now, a comedian named Andy

Kaufman decides he's going to get into the wrestling business. Andy Kaufman comes in and is such a naturally good

heel that with absolutely zero matches, they sell out an arena, 12,000 people

live to watch Kaufman versus Lawler. It took about 18 to 22 minutes just to get

to the ring. When the match starts, there was one stipulation. Andy Kaufman

gets one move of his choice. Now, he could hit him in the nuts. He could fly off the top rope like the macho man. He

could give him a pile driver. He can hit him with a steel chair. He could do anything he wants. It's the stipulation. So, when the match begins, Kaufman takes

the first move. And his move of choice, Daniel, was a standing side headlock.

And that is the move that you would put your little brother in right before you give him a nugie. The ref rings the bell. Lawler gives him

the atomic drop. Kaufman never moves again. Not only does he get pinned, they stretched him out of the building. When

I tell you he never moves again, it took about 25 minutes just to get this match

going. 12,000 live people leave with exactly what they wanted and there was

no wrestling match aside from a standing side headlock. So, if you ask me what my

finishing hold would be out of respect to the great late Andy Kaufman, it would

be a standing side headlock. You're so funny. That is a great story. Yeah, I remember Andy Kaufman getting

beat up on TV a couple times by wrestlers. They used to get really mad at somebody busted his head on um on

national television. It was Lawler cuz Kaufman threw hot coffee on him on Letterman.

The coffee was actually hot the way this I mean he was working but he still threw hot coffee.

Yeah, he got he he used to get beat up a lot by those wrestlers. Okay, Joe, you know what I got? You know how I flip

Josh Barnett and those guys? When I would flip him, I would cuz Okay, my opponent would be working with me. When

I go to flip, I would flip into like a diamond cutter.

Could you imagine that? So, as opposed to rotating them all the way through, kind of throw them high crotch, throw

them up as they're up. Boom. Wrestlemania 2014, Seth Rollins

came in. Boom. Hit that RKO on somebody and ended up after he cashed money in

the bank. I I can picture the position. They got there from jumping. But I know that exact German suplex that you hit

Josh Bernett. I can picture it and I like it. Hey, Levi Stadium, Santa Clara.

Seth Rollins versus Randy Orton is in the match. He goes to curb stomp him.

Curb stomp is whenever you they're on their knees and he runs up and he jumps and he steps on their head. Well, he

runs up chill. He's going to curb stomp Orton. He steps to curb stomp him. Orton

and throws his back up like this. So Seth goes flying up in the air. Orton

jumps up. RKO out of nowhere like Orton does every time. One, two, three.

Rollins is done. Goes back to the back. Remember, he still Mr. Money in the Bank. He's in the back. Brock Lesnar is

fighting Romans Reigns in the main event. All of a sudden, you hear Seth Rollins's music. This is when he that's

when he started to become the visionary, right? This guy goes in, cashing his money in the bank, pin. So, he went from

getting beat earlier in the night to becoming the world champion. the same part of the night. That's why I love the

money in the bank. He cashed it in again this time. Did you see Seth Rollins with the crutches and it was he walked out,

bro? He he sold the injury against LA night so good. I went on the Rich Eisen

show. Chill. He was hosting. I was like, "How you doing?" I was like, "How are you doing this when you just got hurt so

bad last weekend?" He's like, "Amen. I I made a commitment. I got to do it." He was good. He told us all he was hurt. We

followed it. He shows up at SummerSlam, cashes in. He's at the two greatest He's

had the two greatest cashins in WWE history. Seth Rollins.

He is truly one of the most athletic athletes in sport. Truly, he is one of

the most athletic people I've ever I've ever had the privilege to witness. No exaggeration.

He's the best, bro. His His move that fal calls it the falcon arrow. By the way, he's one of my buddies. So like I'm

I'm really kind of like building him up too much. But like that Falcon Arrow chill. You remember the suplex when they

would suplex you off the ring top before? That was it. Back when we were growing up, anytime people left their

feet, the match was over. The moment you left your feet into the match, he takes a suplex, he falls backwards, rolls

over, picks them up, and then spikes him. It's it's it's such a great move.

Ch. Which three UFC fighters do you think? Which one UFC fighter would make

a great WWE superstar? Okay. Honestly, if I could see anybody all of a sudden break through that

curtain, let's use a Royal Rumble situation where every minute you're getting a new athlete and they walk Shaq

out there, Snoop Dogs come. It would be Daniel Cormier. If I was sitting there and I'm I'm with Theo and

all of a sudden DC's music hit and he warms up with that look in his eye and he starts running to the ring and he's

got his coaches and Javier trying to chase him down. I would go crazy. I would go crazy and I would pick him to

win. By the way, I would pick Daniel Cormier is the kind of guy to get put in the Royal Rumble and then double cross

everybody and leave there with the belt. That's the kind of guy that I want to see in the Rumble. I would definitely double cross. So here

here's the thing. It has to be someone known because they got to get a pop. It can't be someone that comes out, nobody

knows who they are. So, first off, we got to start thinking stars. Who could it be? Then you go, okay, we need

someone that has a recognizable song. Okay, we need someone that that has

shown that they like the WWE. Okay, so I have two choices. I can either go at aa

because he's a massive star and he did the Undertaker walk out when Vince McMahon was in the arena when he fought

Jared Cantoner or I would go Pereira cuz could you imagine

and then he's like standing yes bro if you heard Pereira song hit the speakers at the Royal Rumble people would lose

their minds because he's got that recognizable song. So, it's either someone with a really recognizable song

or someone that people just know when they see their face that would do it. And I think Izzy or Pereira would be the

two that we could ship out there right now. Absolutely. Yeah. I don't disagree. I I like what you said about the song. Patty

the Batty would do very well. You're opening my eyes to the song, but yeah, Izzy might deserve it the most for doing

that tribute to the Undertaker. Hey, by the way, on Pier Pierre Uncle's a little bit under the radar, but Daniel, there

is no fight booked in all of 2025. We're coming out the back end, we could have a star emerge the way that if Pierra is to

come back and win that belt that is going to put him in a in a stratus that's going to be very different, man.

And nobody's really considering that. We're already talking about this dude that's one of the greatest of all time. He's been fighting for like four years

now. Pereira, it's crazy. Chill, what would we be? What would be our names if we were a tag team in WWE? Yo, hey, if

Chill and I were a tag team in WWE, Chill, how stiff would you work? That's the problem. They can't work with me

because I'm working stiff. does like Jacob Casper. I'm like, "Jake, are you working stiff, man?" I'm like, "Is that

why you aren't getting pushed up the card?" He goes, "I do work a little stiff, DC. I can't understand how the

Creed Brothers aren't getting pushed brothers are great." I hear your point on that, man. Those guys are great. I

like the way they move. I like a little bit more finesse, but I'm not as much into the entertainment as I am the pro

wrestling DC. I'm with you. I think it needs to look more like a fight. So, yeah, we work a little stiff. As a tag

team, we'd be a little stiff. We'd be a little stiff, man. Hey, man. Push the Creed Brothers. What is going on? Why

are the Creed brothers not getting a push that Hey, you want people that are believable? Give me two All-Americans in

wrestling and ask me to believe that they could be tag team champions, right, Joe? Is that Is that crazy? It's not

It's not an Oh, it's a replay of the Steiner brothers. It's the 2025 Steiner Brothers done all over again. Yes. I feel that

it's being missed. If the Steiner brothers, if if the if these boys were dropped into the 90s, they would be

world champions already because of all their history. Chill. Was Stephen a serious when he put

Goldberg as number one? He was working, right? He was he was looking for heat. It's a work. It's a work because guess

You know how I know it worked? You know, I know it worked, Chill. Flair was on there.

Uh Rock was on there. Uh I think Austin was on there. He had all the other guys. And then to just

drop Goldberg in there, it's nuts because easily, chill, I'm not gonna we're not gonna go into a whole debate,

but easily if we're doing top five all time, obviously Flair, right? Michaels,

right? Uh Flair, Michaels, Rock, Austin, and uh Undertaker. They're in there

somewhere. Yeah, that's pretty easy for me. At least that's in my opinion. Not going to work.

No. Rock, Austin, Hogan have got to be on there. Whether you like it or not Austin,

I see your point. Yeah, I see your point to Flair. If you're going with the tag team, you don't put the the Legion of Doom, which ripped off the demolition,

by the way. You put Ax and Smash, not a not a couple of copycats. You know what

I'm saying? He knew what he was doing though. And he got exactly what he wanted because like you said, Triple H went on the show. Hey guys, for Chel Sun

and I'm Daniel Cormier and we will see you guys on Thursday. Peace.
