hot it’s been about 13 months since we last saw you inside the Octagon what has this year or so been like for you we know you’re consistently training and putting in the work but what’s been the focus everything focus on everything I train always like like I usually do so been training all this time hard work obviously you were preparing for a different opponent but not only did kamaro step up and step into this fight but you also accepted that challenge and on short notice as well when you look at a guy like kamaro former champion at 170 what do you see a fighter see the fighter against me just new I need to go over him you know so just one step for to the goal does he pose any type of threat in the wrestling for you I don’t know I we will see in the cage everyone says he’s wrestling wrestling but my wrestling is different level so you’re going to see guys in the cage what about the cardio I know that you’ve put in a lot of work there he’s always got a great Pace I mean how much does this come down to who can Implement their pace and pressure on the other don’t cutting weight that much anymore so my conditionally unlimit so I can’t get tired in the fights man just going to go smash the guy as you said that you had a pretty big smile about not having to cut as much weight how much easier is life for you as a middleweight as opposed to at 170 it’s much easier but a different weight class I build my body up U still tough always cutting weight is tough so it’s not that easy work your coach said that not only is the goal to be Champion but it’s to be the best ever how do you do that you will see soon so I will be a long long time going to fight at least 5 6 7 10 years so going to show it we can’t wait for it we’re happy to see you back good luck to you have fun out there thanks
